Tulsa Welding School selected Whitaker Architects, P.C. to provide full architectural services to design their new facility which was to be an adaptive reuse of an existing automobile dealership originally constructed in 1957. The project program was comprised of educational spaces (classrooms and laboratory), administrative spaces and maintenance areas.

The final design captured and organized the functions of the facility and maximized the existing volumes and conditions of the facility.
